Each of the twenty modern,  fully equipped apartments has a different design and character with the complex comprising of five studios, seven one bedroom and eight two bedroom family apartments. 

The apartments are spacious, well designed, comfortably furnished and the complex is centrally located. The private swimming pool is set within beautiful green gardens, where you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Free high speed Wi-Fi (in all apartments, public & pool areas) - Free internet access point (in all apartments & at the pool bar). Free internet station and use of a printer at the pool bar. - Free use of apartment safe, etc.

 RATES ARE PER APARTMENT PER NIGHT (in Euros)

 Receive up to 22% discount (Book Direct)

   * Extra cost: Summer, Air-conditioning (if required) is extra at € 5.00 per unit per day.  A/C could be required from mid-May to the end of September.

    * Heating (if required) is included in the cost.

     Rates include: Daily cleaning, bed sheets & towels changed every other day, and are for up to 5 people.
 

     All rates are inclusive of facilities, services, and taxes.

     Studios have a private balcony or terrace and have air-conditioning (at extra cost) for the summer, and heating (free of charge) for the winter.

• 7% discount for credit card payment of full balance on booking confirmation, if booking is made at least 10 months before arrival. Full refund in case of cancellation.

• 5% discount for credit card payment of full balance on booking confirmation, if payment is made at least four months before arrival. Full refund in case of cancellation.

• 5% discount for a cash payment (Euros) of the balance of your holiday on/after arrival.

DISCOUNTS: The following discounts apply to bookings of 7/seven nights and over :

Choice 1 -  5% extra discount for cleaning and change of bed linen and towels twice a week.

Choice 2 - 10% extra discount for cleaning and change of bed linen and towels once a week.

Choice 3 - 15% extra discount for provision of bed linen and towels once a week (No cleaning services offered).

  *   Your choice of service option can be made at any time before, or on arrival.
* Taxi service for arrival and departure is available 24 hrs a day (at extra cost). We can arrange for your transfer from or to the airport at either Paphos (currently          €27.00 for up to 4 people), or Larnaca (currently €110.00 for up to 4 people). Child car/booster seats can be provided (free of charge).
* Female taxi driver available on request. Taxi fare is paid directly to the taxi driver or at the reception later.
